How do I work?

I use dramatherapy, a creative form of psychotherapy, to help you explore your thoughts and feelings through creativity, reflection and conversation, at a pace that feels right for you.

Who can I support?

I work mainly with adults and couples, and also offer groups and workshops for individuals, organisations, schools and community settings. My aim is to create a grounded space where you can feel safe, seen and supported.

Can I join your therapeutic workshops?

My therapeutic workshops are open to individuals, organisations, schools and community settings. If you're interested in joining or finding out more, please get in touch.

How do we begin?

We begin with a simple, friendly conversation. This gives us a chance to see whether working together feels right, and how I can best support you.

Do I offer online?

Yes, I offer online sessions with the same depth of care, reflection and creative approach as meeting in person. Some people prefer the flexibility of online, others prefer meeting face to face, it's entirely down to what feels right for you.

Are you HCPC registered?

Yes I am HCPC registered.

How accessible is your space?

I'm committed to making my space feel welcoming and accessible. Please let me know what you need, and I'll do my best to adapt the space so you feel safe and supported.
