How I help
I'm an HCPC-registered dramatherapist. Dramatherapy is a creative form of psychotherapy that works through story, imagery and reflection, as well as conversation, to make room for what can be difficult to name, carry or put into words alone.
Who I help
I work with adults and couples looking to:

- Understand themselves or their relationship
- Work through recurring relationship patterns
- Navigate life transitions, grief or change
- Explore feelings that are hard to name
- Access dramatherapy, a creative form of psychotherapy,
alongside or instead of traditional talking therapy
- Access individual, couples or group support
When it's worth a referral
Dramatherapy is worth suggesting when someone:

- Has something they can't quite name yet
- Struggles to feel heard in a relationship
- Wants a creative approach alongside or instead of talking therapy
- Is going through a life change or transition
- Could benefit from group or workshop support
CommunityÂ

Shared spaces for connection, reflection and creative exploration, shaped around the needs of your community group and the people it serves.
Ways we might work together
Schools

Creative, relational wellbeing support for pupils and staff, drawing on experience across school settings, including primary schools. Sessions can be shaped around what your school needs.
Organisations

Thoughtful, engaging workshops and group sessions shaped around your organisation and the people you support, whether that's a one-off session or an ongoing programme.
Collaborations are shaped around the people, purpose and setting involved, with care for connection, emotional wellbeing and meaningful engagement. This can include staff wellbeing sessions, parent spaces, therapeutic groups, creative reflective workshops, or bespoke projects designed around the needs of your community or organisation.

I'm especially interested in collaborations that value relationships, creativity and emotional wellbeing, and support that feels grounded and responsive rather than one-size-fits-all.
Why local professionals refer to me

I'm an HCPC-registered dramatherapist, offering individual, couples, group and workshop sessions across Liverpool and online.

My approach is gentle and unhurried, shaped around what feels supportive and manageable for each person, with no previous experience of drama or creativity needed.
