What online sessions offer
Online sessions offer real depth of care, reflection and creative approach, from a space that suits you. Whether that's flexibility around a busy schedule, feeling more at ease in a familiar space, or wanting therapy that fits around life as it actually is, online sessions can be a genuine and effective way to work together.
My approach
My approach is creative, relational and trauma-informed, drawing on dramatherapy, systemic family practice and EMDR-informed understanding. I work with individuals and couples online, supporting anxiety, life transitions, relationship patterns, grief, and a wish to understand yourself more deeply.

Is online therapy right for you?
Online sessions tend to suit people who:

- Want flexibility around a busy schedule
- Feel more comfortable speaking from a familiar space
- Are looking for continuity if they move or travel
Privacy and confidentiality

The same confidentiality that applies to in-person sessions applies online. I'd encourage choosing a private space where you won't be overheard or interrupted, in the same way you would for an in-person session.
Kind partnership

I see you as the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering steadiness, care, and a listening presence as we explore what you need.
How we’ll work together
Quiet reassurance

We begin where you are. I offer a calm and supportive space where your comfort matters, and where we can move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
Beyond the spoken

When words feel difficult, we can also explore through imagery, metaphor, or creative reflection. There is no right way to do this. We will simply begin in whatever way feels most natural.

What working together might feel like.
Our work together is gentle and unhurried. We begin by arriving just as you are, with space to settle in and notice how things feel in the moment.

Through reflection, conversation, and creative exploration, we can look at your experience from new angles. Sometimes imagery, metaphor, or story can help something make sense in a different way. Over time, this can bring more clarity, ease, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself.
